Ask me anything
the-last-sound asked: Thanks for your advice. My friend made (what I think) was a really rude comment about another's cosplay. A male dressed as Alois and she said it looked terrible and was laughing, this put me in a shitty mood. When I said "he's doing what he loves", she said "well he should stop". Then I said "well It's your personal opinion" she said "no it's common opinion", and laughed. I don't think it's right. Because of this It gives me more reason to not want to cosplay, because she judges everything.
Firstly, you’re very welcome!
Secondly, going by what you’re telling your friend is either really honest or a bit of a dick X’D

Personally, she doesnt sound like a very good friend to me. Quite jugemental too. I mean, who is she to say anything. I don’t know if she’s joking, but obviously it bothering you so have a word with her about it. If not, just ditch and make new friends.
If you really want to cosplay then go ahead. I bet you can make plenty of new friends within the cosplay community. I for one have met close/best friends this way, so I’m sure you will too. Very few people are judgemental because they know how it feels & would never do it to another person. This is why I love going to cons and cosplaying too.
Don’t give up on cosplaying because of this one individual. JUST DO WHAT YOU WANT! Like Loki 8’D

(I hope my derpy advice is helpful)
